Shocking customer service. I arranged a viewing through this 'business' - cold and unprofessional but they made the booking. I happened to go online to view the property again before visiting in person. The ad had been removed. I called Bloom just to find out what was going on. They said the vendor was not now selling - 'what do you expect us to do about that attitude'. The fact it is not on the market is fair enough - they completely didn't get that the issue was they didn't let me know this. If I hadn't happened to call them, I would have had a wasted trip to the other end of town just to hang around outside an empty house that's not for sale. Nevermind that there was no apology, they weren't even civil and the lack of pleasantries was pointed. The places 'thank yous', 'pleases' would so naturally fall they deliberately did not say them to the point that their end of the call was unnatural and uncomfortable. If they truly were so high and mighty as they seem to feel about themselves common decency would be part of their speil. So they are unprofessional on the both the process front - not keeping you infomed of what's going on, wasting your time, and also rude when speaking with them. If you want a haughty salesman who talks down to you, call the guy I had the misfortune to deal with here.
What agent could do to change your mind?
See the feedback in the review. Be courteous or at least civil to clients - not rude. Tell them if a property they're going to view is no longer viewable! Simple. Or, it seems, they are the simple ones.
