Edward Mellor have provided us with an awful service right from viewings through to processing the application and to dealing with problems now we have moved in. They are rude, unproactive and only interested in getting your money. Like all the comments above, they never phone you back, it is always me that has to chase them and they are incapable of dealing with any issue. I wish I had read these reviews before signing up to a property with them! Shambolic.
