Very poor service, wrong name on documents. Had to be resent 3 times. No gas certificate, boiler had gas leak which wasn't apparent prior to move. Many of faults had been reported by previous tenants but not fixed. No key fobs for automatic doors. Not worth the fee charged. Now deal direct with landlord.
