Jo and Kate were rude and highly unprofessional. keep all correspondence on email for court action. Their client ignored requests to get their gutters clean as this block was causing a leak in my house. No empathy shown by Jo or Kate and no appreciation of my efforts to resolve the issue. I turned down he 500 quid insurance quote to decorate my house as I can do it. I found a person to clean them for a cheap 50 quid but still no response. I did offer to pay the 50 quid myself but thought twice on this because "what if the gutter breaks?" I am not making myself liable for that. Now protecting my house from this leak all caused by the neighbour taking out their down pipe 18 months ago. I'm not an ogre - just clean your gutters. We have a tree that attracts moss and the gutters should be cleaned every year as a minimum.

Andrew Milsom were friendly, professional and thorough. They were there for me every step of the buying process. I have to say they completely disproved the normal reputation given to estate agents! I would definitely recommend if you are buying/selling a property....
