Terrible service. Horrible staff. Bunch of headless chickens. Would not use them in any capacity. I would not recommend them to any of my friends & family.
What agent could do to change your mind?

Hi Ian, Solidarity! It sounds like we are living through the same nightmare! I recommend simply not paying your service charges. We haven't paid for years and Willmotts don't chase. (Of course, now they will claim that they are not doing the work because we are not paying... when they know the truth: we are not paying because they are not doing any work!) TENANTS FEES ON ASTS

ASSIGNING YOUR TENANCY IF APPLICABLE:

We aim to keep tenants fees as low as possible. Our fees are probably the lowest in the whole of London and we aim to keep it that way. We strive to provide tenants with a first-class service throughout with the minimum level of fees.

ENDING YOUR TENANCY:
Check out Fees: - £See below - Fee applicable is per property not per tenant. Attending the property to undertake an update Schedule of Condition based on the original inventory and negotiating of the security deposit(s).
