AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!
We are nearing the end of our tennancy with M and M and by god it cant come quick enough. We have had a ridiculous amount of ongoing problems with our crappy ground floor flat in Heath and Reach, the fact that the same problems keep re -occuring speak for themselves, clearly they are not being dealt correctly with in the first place. Christine who in the start was semi helpful is completely off the helping radar now, she along with every other T**T in that Leighton Buzzard office do not want to know. They just wash their hands of you, infact we are an inconvinience to them. How dare we raise a complaint - bad tennants!!! They cower in the corner as they can't face any confrontation because they know they are wrong! My advice to anyone wanting to rent from M and M in Leighton Buzzard PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!! Use squares, Let 2 u, Connels, Watsons anyone just not these. They are NOT worthy of our hard earned money people, give it to an agent thats willing to offer an after service as M and M certainly dont. So glad we have bought a house and have that to move into, as i think they would have caused me a slow and painful death if i had to carry on renting from them! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Sack the Maintenance Department and grow some BO**OCKS between the lot of you.
