I am absolutely fuming, firstly they had my apartment advertised at £370 a week after I had put the offer in they came back saying it had gone up to £375 and I couldn't have it unless I paid the increase, there were loads of additional fee's in the contract which I was not shown until the day I moved in. when I moved in to the apartment it had not been cleaned there was food in the fridge from the previous tenant, I had to sit in for 7 hours whilst they cleaned it the next day. I went away for 3 days and they let the landlords mother in to the apartment without my knowing or agreeing too, I had cash stolen that was in the apartment all my dirty laundry was about and my dairy, feel really embarrassed, angry and humiliated. I still feel as though their letting themselves in when I'm not here. I do not feel safe or at peace. When I called to complain they were rude, argumentative and aggressive, Abdul even started asking if I spoke English and lied saying he had called the police to visit me because I'd made a complaint. Their liars, thieves and just a disgrace I've never been treated in my life so shockingly. if you use this agency they will have no respect for the law or yourself

There are some positive reviews on here which I do not believe for one second are real customers, the staff at hunter are liars they will have made those reviews up because they've opted out of the transparency thing on here, any decent agency with nothing to hide would not do that.

UPDATE: I have just received an email from Hunter and Bloomfield, which I regard as bullying, requesting that I take this review down. I will not. They have said what I claim in this statement is inaccurate, it is not. I have email transcripts as evidence for most of what I described in this review, other things are from verbal conversations tenants have had with the landlord or a representative of Hunter & Bloomfield. What agent could do to change your mind?
Be responsive to problems, avoid letting serious problems like lack of heat and hot water drag on for 6 months. Contract totally biased towards the landlord.
