We rent off Darren when he come to inspect the property what seems like ever month he says I will be the between 8 am and 5pm how are we mentioned to get things done when I work 42.5 hrs a week sort it out

unfortunately when we are inspecting a number of properties in a day it is difficult to give precise timings which is why we always have keys to access so that the tenant does not have to take time off work and to avoid disrupting the tenants day.

Unfortunately when you want to terminate a rental agreement early that you agreed to for 1 year, there are re-marketing costs involved which is normal practise and it's unfortunate that no new tenant came forward to take over the room. The landlord was also trying to find a tenant. So as is normal Practise you have to continue to pay the rent until a tenant has been found. We had keys in order to carry out viewings as is needed to try and re-rent the property. We did not refuse to hand the keys ...

We do not carry out electrical reports, these are carried out by a qualified electrician not employed by U.S., we also are more than happy to discuss any concerns clients have, we do not rob anyone and we consider this comment as slanderous. ...

Unfortunately, once we find a buyer it is down to the solicitors to keep their clients fully informed at all times of the legal process. We have no control over when a property is repossessed. ...

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
