I was considering using this estate agent but after speaking to a friend who recently used them I have decided to use a more professional company. My friend recently vacated a rental property and has had a lot of trouble getting there deposit back. Several excuses have been made as to why the none return. Shocking really when search charges were made in cash. It seems Severn Estates are happy taking money but are not so happy when it comes to paying it back.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have paid my friend there deposit back in a timely manner.Attached Filesnbsp;

Overall after 2 years using this agent with one tenant , they did not have to do much for their money but when tenant handed in notice and they had to do something , they were slow to push property, even let exiting tenant do a viewing !! and ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication, keeping promises to return calls. following things up, more proactive letting of my apartment so that it did not become empty, they did have a months notice after all!!Attached Filesnbsp;
