I contacted bloxham and barlow about a property they had to rent. We arranged to view it on a Monday afternoon (phoned Thursday before) and was told they would ring me to confirm. Monday I rang them to confirm as had no contact beforehand and they said it had to be cancelled as couldn't get hold of current tenants so would ring me back with a new time/day. I rang the next day as still hadn't heard from them and they said the property had been let that day! You wasted my time and I will not be using you in the future.

I agree with previos posts, they only seem interested in MONEY and not tennants. (My rent increase of £600 they blame on the Government which is highly unprofessional). They use shoddy cheap workmen for maintenance and if there's a problem they blame it on the tennent. ...
