We found Helmores, Crediton to be a very user friendly company. All our enquiries and queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. When we could not get through to who we needed to immediately someone got back to us quickly.
James is very personable, polite and efficient and was happy to go that extra step to assist us in our house purchase.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
