Simon Lemcke said he could sell our house in one week. It sold in one day (at almost asking price) following a very successful open day arranged by the agency. It was clear to us that not only did the agency have the correct marketing skills to sell our property, but they had a vast client base which is a credit to their reputation in Brighton & Hove.
Throughout the selling process, we were constantly kept apprised of our buyers position and progress. Simon and his team were always available to answer any queries, and if they didn't have the answers there and then, they would of course find out and more importantly get back to you in a timely manner.
A few issues cropped up which were attributed to lack of communication amongst the solicitors involved in the chain. Simon and the team went above and beyond their remit, ensuring these issues were resolved quickly minimising the impact on not only the sale, but the purchase of our new property (bought through a different agent). Admittedly, it is in the agencies interest to ensure the sale goes through, but the professionalism and honesty demonstrated was second to none.
It was a pleasure dealing with this agency.
