I moved into a property which looked lovely. Until I fount out I had rodents and before long me and my son were prisoners in our own home! I complained less than a month after initially moving in yet nothing was done until I went into their office and refused to leave 6months later, I was also pregnant and was severely ill and admitted quite a few times to hospital. I was patronised and threatened by members off staff who were reluctant to do anything about it until I mentioned the ombudsman, I was also threatened with homelessness for swearing and saying I would be taking this matter further.
If you want a stress free life I advise you to steer clear these people are terrible
