Nice and friendly, easy to deal with, not as pushy and annoying as some other agents.
Also i went to several viewings with some other agents from other offices of Edmund Cude, and i feel like i could be good friends with any of the Edmund Cude agents i've met.

Agent did not show up to hand over keys, promised repairs were not done, property very dirty on move in.
Got S21 on move in.
Moving out, they wanted to keep deposit.

Bushells has asked All Agents to remove this false review. Our lettings software will not allow notice under S21 of 1988 Housing Act to be generated until after the deposit is registered and as a matter of course this notice is never served without the Landlords express instructions. Further, Bushells has no mandate to retain or return deposits without the consent of both Landlord and Tenant. In the event the two parties cannot agree, the matter is referred for adjudication by the TDS. The Law r ...
