Not impressed. Don't expect them to call you back when they say they will. Expect them to tell excuses about why there are delays with your purchase. Expect the sellers to still be in the property after completion. Not impressed. The office looks cowboyish, it all seems very cowboyish.

Sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
As agents we act as intermediaries and actually have very little influence over the post offer sales process. This is controlled by the slowest solicitor and the most awkward buyer in the chain. The rest of us are essentially passengers or victims.
That said an agent can and should keep everybody informed of progress and manage those expectations. The advantage of a traditional agent over some on-line agents is the personal service that provides a lees stressful experience however clearly in this case something in the communication went wrong. I am sorry that our responses on this occasion were not to your expectations .
