My experience is of the first quarter of 2014.

The sales adverts were removed as soon as my offer was accepted. The sale process went on for much longer than any of us anticipated - thanks to my over-enthusiastic solicitors. House prices soared in the meantime. No attempt was made to encourage gazumping. Olcay's behaviour gave me the impression that Elizabeth Pryce was an old fashioned estate agent - not prone to the underhand tactics used by some other companies.

The agent liaised between the solicitors to ensure things moved smoothly. After the sale, he continued to chase up matters that I had given up hope on (such as an extra set of keys from the sellers managing agents) etc. All in all, I'm really pleased with my experience and hope to use their services again.
