Pushy and clueless agents who, no matter what you say, will insist on showing you all the old drivel in their inventory, even if it does not remotely match what you told them you're looking for. It doesn't get better once you've made the mistake of renting one of their managed properties: they'll hand over a dirty pig sty and claim it was 'professionally cleaned' before you moved in, and throughout the tenancy up until you move out they'll try to milk you with their myriad and hidden charges.

When you move into the property you should check the inventory schedule and mark any changes within 7 days of receiving the report. The reason a report is created is to avoid any problems at the end of the tenancy. Think ahead next time... Foxtons have been in business a while and await innocent tenants to 'rip' them off. Check all you paper work and if you dont agree with something... then make the necessary alterations and send it back to them.
