Uncommunicative, don't fix problems when they say they will, pass your complaints like a hot potato - despite complaining to customer services as suggested - receive a 'sorry you feel your service hasn't been good' which evades responsibility because they talk about the way 'you feel' and not the fact that THEY are responsible for the way 'you feel', they break laws regarding heating and sanitation by refusing to deal with problems even though you are a responsible tenant and report these things promptly, and they hire the worst contractors to come to your house who then do nothing until YOU ring THEM (LT won't) to discover that it's been decided behind your back that they won't do anything afterall.

They don't understand is that by making the place where you live so unbearable because they are sitting about behind their desks doing nothing about it, they actually make your life miserable. Are they proud to make people feel so unhappy?

I can't wait until the end of this contract comes - wonder how they'll continue to screw me over in the meantime?
