We viewed a property immediately as it came on the market. The agent undertaking the viewing was unsure how we proceeded with an application. Anyway we applied with a 170 fee. After many phone calls to them to enquire as to how the the application was going.Nobody ever had an answer and were told that they would return call they never did on more than five occasions. We telephoned at close of play on the Friday as instructed to find out the answer regarding our application to be informed the landlord had not been contactable to decide. The following day I checked right move to discover the property had been let. We rang bjb to be told no its still not been decided. A week later still no call received. A bunch of charlatans that take money and don't even have the decency to return your call. Shocking customer service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
To change my mind they should resolve previous issues and not allow this atrocious 'service' to continue. First and foremost communication with customers so they are aware of their state of affairs, take some accountability, fix the issues! BJB is the worst company I have had e misfortune of dealing with, in any sector!
