This company should not exist. They do not get anything done. They can close their office in the middle of the office working hours if someone of the employees decides to go to grocery store. If you call their support line, it\'s like it never happened after you hang up the phone. You pay for a huge administration fee thinking you get some good service during the tenancy if something needs to be done but no...

I reviewed a smoke free fully furnished room. After finding a suitable room, signing the contract and paying for the deposit, administration fee and 1 month rent in advance, a drawers which belonged to the room was taken by one of the Westcliff estates agents before I got to move in. I did make a statement that if the room will not be in the same condition as it was when I signed the contract, I will refuse to pay the full amount of the rent. They came back to me saying that they will handle this as soon as possible and there is no way for me to pay less than agreed. Also the shower, toilet seat and the kitchen water tap were broken. The house was a smoker cave where everyone smoked. After reporting 3 times by phone and sending 5 emails and waiting 3 months, nothing but empty promises were made. There was also a leaking washing machine which flood the whole kitchen floor every time it was used. This was reported multiple times and asking directly from landlord if there will be a fix soon after 3 weeks since it was first reported, he was not even aware of the leaking washing machine.

This agency is no capable of any empathy. They did not allow me to end the contract until the 3 months contract was over and I hate smell of cigarets and the house was supposed to be smoke free. 1 Week before I left the room, I found out that someone died in the same room just before I moved in. Now that I finally got out, I have been waiting the deposit back for 3 weeks and still have not received it even though it was promised to be transferred back to me 2 weeks ago. I must make another phone call tomorrow and hope for the best.
