Simply the most astonishingly bad example of customer service I have ever had the displeasure of encountering.
It's almost a year since I vacated a property rented from Andrew Louis, and I am yet to receive my deposit back. The ever-increasing tally of ignored correspondence now stands at 9 emails and 20+ telephone calls.

I wouldn't normally take the time to post, but I would urge anyone to seriously consider avoiding these people at all costs.
