I started dealing with this company in December 2013, i was buying a house form them that was already rented, first the agent just blanked my calls and i had to keep calling her to try and get a response, i had to call her few times in order to hear from her, she texts alot, then she lied to me with regards to when the contract was up for renewing, the day i signed the contract with my solicitors i called her and again no answer as usual, left VM no reponse as usual then she texts me at 9pm to say they are signing another contract and " it wasnt my call to have a say in that, i tried to escalate the issue with her boss, left three messages but no reponse, the whole agency is a joke,

The warranty scheme is an excellent idea, finding a large deposit on top of rent in advance and other fees would have been a struggle.

When you paid your reservation fee you were informed that it was non-refundable should you withdraw. You did also sign terms to agree to this.
You were not left hanging, you viewed and took the property on a Saturday, we were closed the Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday and then you pulled out Tuesday as you said you found elsewhere.
You must appreciate that once you pay your reservation fee we reserve that property and cancel further viewings. It is not a case that our terms are ...
