In response to the review by Gurditta Swali posted on the 3rd March on the All Agents Review Website.

Firstly, we will outline the background to Mr Swali’s house purchase. We were instructed by an asset management company to sell a Druids Heath property. Mr. Swali placed an offer which was accepted formally. Throughout the process we liaised regularly with Mr. Swali, solicitors and the asset management company to a successful exchange of contracts. Unfortunately, on the day of completion the asset management company had failed to remove the security shutters from the property and refused to give key release. We advised Mr. Swali he would be entitled to compensation for the failed completion.

Mr. Swali was very grateful throughout the whole process, praising our performance regularly, indeed on the day of key release he brought us in wine, chocolates and flowers for the team, apologising for the violent incident which had occurred earlier with an acquaintance of his named “Laura”.

We are completely surprised by Mr. Swali posting on the All Agents Review website. Unfortunately, Mr. Swali’s acquaintance “Laura” throughout the purchasing process got involved unnecessarily and at times very aggressively. speaking to lawyers and agents about this transaction without Mr. Swalis’s approval.

“Laura” was not connected legally with this transaction. As property agents we have a 'duty of care' to look after the legal parties contracted only and not release information without consent to unconnected parties.

On the day of completion, “Laura” attended the office and demanded the keys of the property Mr. Swali had purchased without any consent been given by Mr. Swali.

“Laura” became violent and caused a personal injury to a director at Kelly Homes and criminal damage to his car and was found guilty on two accounts of - (1) Criminal Damage and (2) Assault by beating. The crime reference number and case which was heard at Redditch Magistrates Court is 22HQ5002814, “Laura” pleaded GUILTY and was fined and ordered to pay damages.

Interestingly, Mr. Swali’s review was posted 6 months after completion date of the said property but on the date of “Laura’s” conviction in March 2014.

As a company we will not answer Mr. Swali’s libelous accusations in reference to a racist comment, threatening behavior and his version of events posted on this site.
