We have just bought a property through Helmores in Crediton and from start to finish they have been efficient, with outstanding customer service. Ian Blanchford was absolutely faultless, with his attention to detail and efficiency in dealing with anything that came up.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
