Great service when I first moved in with good attention to detail. Bought wine for the team to say thanks! However as tenancy moved on there were several issues with the property that were reported several times but not followed through despite asking a number of times such as work that was not completed, floorboard that was broken in the loft and which had been reported by British gas to tenancy service as well as myself. Also several occasions where I waiting in for repairs and people didn\'t come and was not followed up. Some of this I suspect was down to the landlord but there wasn\'t consistent communication about hold ups or what was being done to resolve.
