Can I be totally honest and say how disgusted I am with this agency, firstly over the years one has to keep on begging to get repairs done, emails, phone calls never never responded too, poor customer service and I have always payed my rent and never engaged in anti social behaviour. I have had to live with a smelly, musty damp flat for many years and no action was ever taken to find a solution, so I became fustrated and took matter to my local authorities private housing team and within a month have received a section 21 housing eviction, to rub insult into injury the recommended work has never been done. I have complained about this to local politicians and Shelter housing charity. Please if you want good quality customer service and your repairs to be completed then stay away from this agent!
