Malcolm Gold didn't answer my calls, as they over took on too many properties. It was a real shame that work hadn't been done like they said they would do. In fact that it was non existent, leaving my tenants with leaking roofs, leaking windows, guttering with drill holes through it. Worst and worst tenants, higher churn and higher proportional ratio of squatted property, tenants refusing to pay for 3-6 months at a time. Contracts that were mis-written so that it would take longer to section 21 them out. They will say under new management however all the staff and support staff are the small minded. They all lack any form of passion and professionalism to do a semblance of reasonable job. As well as that 'no money to landlord scheme', which I didn't realised I signed this were you get no money back from your property. It just goes to these dodgy repair guys and only do half a job. Now that what I call service..!! :(
