Applewood are most definitely the worst agent I've ever dealt with. I am currently about to move out of my sixth rented property in Norwich; and Applewood are by far the most unprofessional. Throughout my 12 month tenancy I have dealt mainly with a private landlord who pays Applewood to lease their property. Now I am moving out however I am having to deal with them. Barry appears to be the point of contact.
We have had 3 viewings so far, with Applewood telling us we have to do the viewings ourselves, despite our landlord paying them to let the property out. The latest viewing we refused to do the viewing and said Barry must be present. Needless to say 5 minutes after he should have arrived he rang to say his daughter was ill. Which apparently he couldn't have told us sooner. More to the point he didn't ring us, but the person viewing the house.

Really poor service from Barry Britcher, thought he was arrogant cocky and even used bad language when i rang and asked for some advice on rental properties in Norwich.. awful .. wont use them !!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
