I recently used Simon Lemcke from Goldin Lemcke to sell my flat in Hove. The process should have been fairly simple and straight forward given the nature of the sale. However this did not prove the case. I found Simon Lemcke extremely helpful, understanding, reliable. He always returned my calls and was frank and upfront about the sale. Despite representing both the buyer and the seller (myself) I really felt that Simon had my best interest at heart.
I would definitely recommend Goldin Lemcke to anyone selling their property in the Brighton and Hove area.
