No surprise that others have found this agent useless, the staff have no experience, its a franchise with the manager having only 6 month experience in the Agency, they don't have there own stock, which is no surprise, a complete waste of my time showing property that had already gone.

This must be worst agency ever. They tell you lies, once money is taken, the truth starts to come out. Continuous problem in flat that takes ages to get fixed(if lucky). Really disappointed with the agency. Staff clueless and lack appropriate knowledge.

You need to clarify the branch. Remember each office is independently owned and operated. Not all offices are the same am sure. I used one of the for two years and had a couple of issues that they sorted out as quickly as the landlord approved the repair ...

Dreadful. Lied about practically everything, advertised property with a lounge, but then the lounge got let out as another bedroom! No ventilation, no internet, basically everything it said it had, it doesn't! Pathetic and speak to you like you're an idiot in a patronising tone...
