In fact I have dealt with Crawley Choices team on three occasions within last year.
August 2013
In first instance I have met Darren, when they helped me with finding a tenant for our first buy to let property.
We bought this investment through another agency and have informed them regarding purpose of our purchase. However a week before completion we have realised that we only will be able to start marketing property when we get keys. How terrifying it was, to realise that we might have an indefinite void period when all family finances were put toward a purchase. We have contacted Choices as well as few other agencies in Crawley. In comparison with others, who try to lock you in at most expensive option and sell every additional services that they can put their hand on, Choices team has brought in for a viewing three potential tenants on a day we contacted them. When viewings have been conducted, we were contacted by Darren Broom with detailed feedback from every potential tenant. The good news was that two of them liked the house. He have selected those who could move in sooner. In space of next 3-4 days Darren has conducted thorough checked on tenants and was able to share with us all information we needed to know. The tenant have moved in 2 weeks from the date we bought the house for a 6 month STC and we are fully satisfied with them. The price that Choices charged us was fair and definitely worth the fact that we had no void period and achieved result so fast.

When we decided to move our house in the end of 2013 we found a property we liked marketed by another agent on a Rightmove. When we contacted them - we were told that owner has changed his mind and is no longer available. We were a bit surprised why did they market it then? Luckily the property itself located very close to our place and we have noticed a Let by Choices Notice Board on it.
As we knew already Choices had very proactive and personable work style, we contacted them with our question. How happy were we when they told us as that the owner is wishing to sell a house after tenancy agreement will end. They have organised a viewing of the property for us, that was accompanied by Morgan Burger. He did not try to "sell" us anything or to lead our decision, however his friendly approach and patience have definitely allowed us to spend enough time on this viewing to release that it is exactly want we want. In fact we wanted a second viewing thereafter again accompanied by Morgan and we really appreciate his commitment as we booked it for a late time in the evening. Following this viewing both Morgan (on our side) and Darren who dealt with the vendor have helped to communicate all of our questions and finally agreed acceptable market price. Throughout a purchase we are in contact with Choices team and are aware what to expect at each stage of the process. I firmly believe that only proactivity of Choices team and truth sense of commitment to a high standard at Choices have allowed this deal to happen.

We could ask Choices team for help only when our sole agreement has ended with another agency who offered a low rate and promise a quick sale. For the 6 weeks of having our property on a marked we have hosted a dozens of unaccompanied viewings and almost same amount of viewing have been cancelled short notice. When Darren stepped in he has managed to achieve a good offer from the first viewing that he organised. Unfortunately the buyer couldn't get a mortgage then, so we had to consider other offers too. All in all we are very happy with the Darren's and Morgan's communication and their endeavour to assist us with sale at a very short time line. With Choices team huge contribution we were able to achieve the best market price for our property and currently are able to move on with all of our plans.
After my house sale experience, I can confidently say that If you don't want to keep on cleaning and organising you house before viewings that will be cancelled, if you don't want to let number of viewers and never hear back from them; but you want to have a serious and commitment buyers through your doors and you want to have viewing accompanied by experienced agent with "know how" to sell your property - then your choice must be Choices.
Based on my past and my most recent experience, with no hesitation I will have Choices as agency of my choice for any of my property needs in the future.
I wish Darren, Morgan and their colleagues all the best in their demanding profession and number of other satisfied clients
