These guys have the worst customer service ever! You can never get through to the person you need to speak to because 'they are always on the other line', and then never call you back. It does not matter how many messages you leave. So you have to hope that the person you need to speak to answers the phone.

When you finally get through to the right person and ask for something to get done it takes ages. They never send an email confirming that it will get done, even if you ask (Which I have resorted to because of how difficult it is to get through). They did not even give us two sets of keys when we signed for the apartment. They told us that we need to make a copy of the one they gave us and then bring them a receipt for it to get our money back.

They are the first estate agents I have had to use, and if all other estate agents are like this then the industry needs some fixing.
