OK, where do I start.
I made a phone call to inquire about a property for a friend of mine overseas that was looking to move. Normally this would be a difficult situation to deal with. Luckily I was helped by a chap called Garry that was more than professional. I have had my fair share of dealings with estate agents and I can clearly say that this was the 1st time I enjoyed it. Garry was always on top of everything and every time I started to panic or flap about something, there was no need, Garry already had it sorted.
From the 1st moment we were in communication Garry was attentive. I would get txt responses off him on a Saturday evening or phone calls if requested, telling me things were sorted out, this is above and beyond the call of duty for an estate agent.
Every time I would call Garry he would call me back within minutes and would always follow up with an e mail if I needed more information.
I only actually needed to see him only once and that was the initial viewing- BRILLIANT.
If I compare my previous experience with a lettings company "B-loomin M-erciless" this is exceptional compared to the feeling of money grabbing incompetence I had to deal with before. I felt they were cut-throat, shabby, unprofessional and disorganised and left me wanting to tell the world how bad their service and staff have been.
On the other hand, I will happily sit down and write a review about Garry as he has earned it.
Thank you Garry for all your assistance, my friend has moved in and is more than happy in his new home.
