The service I have received is appalling. We moved into the house on 23rd December. As a new bathroom suite had been put in there was lots of rubbish in the garden including a bath and mattress. This has still not been lifted after several phone calls to the agency and I've had neighbours at my door complaining. When we moved in there was dampness in the hall, the radiators were not working and the bathroom one still isn't working. there is holes all over the walls, the microwave does not work. They said the house had been cleaned before we moved in but the place was disgusting, there is no way it had been cleaned.....I could go on.
We have called the letting agency numerous times to get these problems resolved but we have been told we are not a priority. They always say they will call us back which they never do. They hung up the phone twice to my boyfriend then said there was problems with the lines. Every time you phone you deal with someone new. They are useless and do not care as long as they get your money. I have not set up a Direct debit yet and will not be setting one up until these problems are resolved. I would never go with Belvoir again. Stay well clear!!
