1. Deposits are secured, taken and registered with the TDS under current legislation and for our landlords protection. They are taken at the time the keys are collected for the most part and typically
2. Inspections are carried out to ensure that tenants are treating the landlords property in a 'tenantlike' manner.
3. We do not give specific times for inspections only date and morning/afternoon.
4. Repairs are dealt with according to level of urgency and in accordance with the Housing Act and subsequent amendments. The telephone manner of my staff is satisfactory to me however the comment is noted.
