I arranged a viewing with an agent but I was running late. I called the agency to contact him and ask if he could wait, however an agent on the phone called 'James' was very rude and even hung up! I hope this is not the case with all agents here, but the agency has to be careful in the way the agents treat customers. I was very interested in the property, but changed my mind after that.

Comment on agent fees
Fees are fixed and no add-ons for extra tenants like most of the others. Good value.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
