I recently brought a property through Mann Countrywide from the Dartford, Kent branch. When showing the property, the negotiator was very polite. However, as first time buyers when we asked questions the negotiator did not know the answer too. Her response was, she'll call us back regarding the queries. This was left and forgotten. Brought a reprocessed property through them and completed. When visiting the property we realised we was not given keys for the window also as it is reprocessed the agent turned off the electricity, water and gas for safety reasons (which is understandable). Called the agent to inform them the issues. Their answer was 'it's completed and it has nothing to do with them and this was not asked on the viewing'. Surely you assume you will get all keys to the property and because they turned of the gas, water and electricity, they would turn it back on once it has completed?! Now we are having to pay for the windows locks to be changed and a plumber to sort out the gas issue!

Just want to advise people, if you decide to use this agent. Ask all the questions and make sure they deal with your entire request before completion as they do not care once it is completed!
