The worst managed tenancy I have ever experienced.
I have never felt the need to write a review of this kind, ever.
But I urge you to never work with these agents, they are highly disorganised and incompetent. I wouldn't want anyone to experience the same level of poor service we did.

I regret ever renting a property through this company. The entire duration of the tenancy was one issue after another.

- Poor communication
- Delivered wrong furnishings on 4 separate occasions (fully furnished property)
- We were 3 weeks with no curtains, when they arrived they were 2 ft too short
- Blanket rent demand emails when rent paid on time every month
- Zero follow up to issues rising with the flat
- unbelievable 'processing fee's' and 'check out fees' on leaving the property
- Took 4 months to get our deposit back

Hi there. I am truly sorry to read of your experience – we strive to offer the highest levels of service – our teams are highly competent and all are trained both internally and by ARLA. There is no excuse for poor communication, but delays often occur because of the landlord as we have to wait for their agreement to everything – with a large number of our Landlords being overseas this can cause delays and I would be surprised if you were not advised of this. Incorrect furnishings and short curtains – we use third party suppliers and this is unacceptable so if you give me your name and the property address I will speak to them to find out what happened and try to arrange some form of compensation for you. We dfollow strict times in returning deposits and in fact are faster than the Government guidelines and therefore again I do not understand how it could have take 4 months so would ask you to provide me with your details and I will look into this for you. All I can do now is apologise and advise this is not standard practice and there must be another reason for the delays. Further to my initial review, after clarification about how the system worked, and having met with Christopher, we understood that we had this wrong and it was the landlord rather than this estate agency that was delaying. Benham & Reeves helped us put forward a proposal to the landlord that would best work in our interest and resolve the areas where the landlord had been disproportionate.
