Hannels failed to provide a copy of the tenancy agreement, until requested: and even then the landlord's obligations pages were missing, and they also failed to provide out of hours emergency phone numbers (which I have only found out due to having frozen pipes and no water. They took over a month to rectify the water heater (in winter), a month to replace the washing machine, over a month to replace a shower, with a lesser unit than the original.

would be nice if true, but hannells Allestree have never done lettings, so dont know where this has come from
