Contacted Jon from Berns & Co concerning an ad for a flat. He instantly got back to me and arranged
a viewing for the earliest possible date. Viewing was helpful, fair and accurate. I wasn't able to decide
right away so Jon offered options for reserving a flat. During the next few days I contacted him several
times with different questions. He always responded instantly and made the whole process very
uncomplicated while dealing with the landlord to reserve the desired flat. In the end I got the flat I
wanted. Can definitely recommend Jon from Berns & Co with his dedicated service. Would contact
him again whenever I will be looking for a new flat here in London.
