Our application was rather complicated for a number of reasons, and was also just before Christmas - so on a very tight deadline. Karen was very helpful, keeping in contact with me even outside of her usual working hours, and really pulling out all the stops to make sure that we were able to move in before everything closed down for Christmas.
The only qualm I would have about recommending them is that the referencing company they use, Clearview, didn't communicate with either Karen or myself effectively - they changed the identification they could accept from us a number of times, and for apparently arbitrary reasons, and sent me completely pointless emails that they then claimed not to have sent in the first place.
However, that isn't anything I can hold against Reeds Rains, or against Karen herself, who was excellent, and consistently went above and beyond while arranging our move, so I am still happy to give them a five star rating.

Reeds Raine delivered what they promised - a buyer within a couple of days. Subsequent problems at Exchange and Completion were not Reeds Raine fault and Harry did everything within his power to assist. He was always polite and courteous....

I was practically forced to speak to their mortgage advisor just because they were marketting a property. This branch including the mortgage broker will try to sell everything to you. I stressed couldnt afford the solicitors they wantes me to use and they advised the vendors selling the property would not be to happy with my decision
