I can't rate Helmores any more highly. The marketing and eventual sale of my property was dealt with in a professional, confident and friendly manner at all times. It was a particularly lengthy and complex sale, which required tact and diplomacy when dealing with all parties. The advice given was always sound and sensible, backed by facts and figures regarding the market and current house prices. No request was too much and their patience and diplomacy when handling negotiations was faultless ...eventually managing to steer all parties towards a satisfactory conclusion. I'd recommend Helmores to anyone wanting to buy, sell or rent in the area as their local knowledge is excellent, especially when establishing a realistic market price for a rural property. Not the easiest of tasks when there are so few comparibles! Thank you Helmores!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
