Gurmet called me yesterday to say the boiler packed in on my rental. He said that he has a plumber who already done some research and gave me 2 qoutes I went ahead and today received a call to say all is done. I'm not looking forward to the bill mind but am glad that c&r were on hand and on the ball. I'm not local so do rely on there input. Thanks guys.
