Philip was highly competent, professional and trustworthy throughout the entire process. His valuation proved realistic, and his advice spot on. We were kept up to date, and viewings were well organised. We rented the flat on the date we wanted with very good tenants, at a price we are very happy with.
Overall we would highly recommend David Andrews to other landlords, as communication was regular, consistent, open and honest, and they were adaptable as and when required.
