I found Alex very helpful throughout the purchase process, he liaised with all parties on our behalf and kept things moving at a fast pace for us. Gather your deposit paperwork, and put a complaint in with the deposit scheme., that they use, they are not allowed to do this you are entitled to argue this matter. They need to provide proof and I bet they don't have it ...

I think most of the aspects are quite good.
