We dealt with a number of agents during our sale & search and I ended up sticking with one! (for both). I was appalled by the behaviour of the other agents and their awful 'open houses', and didn't want to sell my property in the same way. The team at LL really made an effort to go above and beyond for my partner and I and achieved a brilliant sale on our house. They were determined to find us our dream home, and they did that too! Great result, great service and great people. A big thank you to Vicky & Raphael who patiently held our hands through the whole process. Well done, champers is on it's way. ;)

The agency fees are average comparing with other state agencies. It might seem a bit pricy compared with dealing with the landlords directly, however Location Location were the key factor that help us to find our lovely flat! They even made us a Welcome New Home gift! They took care of all the paperwork, negotiations, etc
