I am so glad I used James Pendleton. It's easy to have a pop at estate agents. We all moan about them, it's historical, but in my book they are worth every penny. I have read some reviews, and it seems to me that some people just want to vent their anger when things did not go their way. House selling and buying can be a major stress factor, but in my case Rachelle Cramp made sure my stress was minimal. Bless her, she then went out of her way to let me know things were going well, when she herself was off with a virus. Now that's called dedication. James Pendleton's Angels are also brilliant. A great idea.
For those who love to moan, think about the way you speak to them. If you start off bad tempered, you are bound to cause a reaction. I called into the office one day and heard Rachelle doing her best to pacify a very irate person. She told me they go through rigorous training how to placate angry people.
All I can say is that this is the first agent I have used that treated me well and went the extra mile over and above the call of duty. Many thanks
