never phoned back, arranged to view I was waiting at the property when they phoned me said they had lost the keys so couldn't show me round. I had to wait another week before I could view the property.
I made an offer they said they would phone me back within 2-3 days after 4 days I had to phone them the said they would call me back I heard nothing after 2 more attempts I gave up. This was over 2 months ago and the property is still up for sale but no contact from them.

Theft, as per the prior reviewer. Both he and his counterpart Kiely muddle the figures, underpay and then when faced with their lies try and string you out with a civil process. Never ever go near them...

Same experience.
Clearly this is someone who runs a business and very short of money . Imagine having to be like this.
Running an Estate agents is not rocket science let’s face it. So for someone getting it so wrong is pretty concerning for them especially in such a poor area too where this should be a business practically able to run itself. ...
