All through a difficult sale taking nearly 12 months, the fault of the property insurers not TM. Steve and his colleagues treated us as if we were selling a mansion.
We were guided through the various options to sell as the circumstances of the sale changed during the insurance claim and diligently followed our requirements to a conclusion.
We were surprised by the number of viewings they generated and the quick feedback given on each potential buyer and progress reports from first contact to exchange of contracts.
