Fantastic service from day 1. I have been in my property for 18 months and have mostly dealt with Michelle, although on the occasions when she has been unavailable, the other staff have been brilliant too. Any problems are always dealt with quickly, and communication is always polite. We have had a few issues with our boiler, especially during the winter months, and any delays is always the result of the maintenance company, not Your Move.
During the application process, I had a few troubles as I am unemployed and have a bad credit history, but Your Move never made me feel bad about that like some agencies do. Michelle went out of her way to do everything she could to help me secure the tenancy, with no extras costs to myself.
The best thing I can say about them is that they treat you like an individual person with unique problems and circumstances and not like a name on a piece of paper.
I am looking to move to a bigger house, and I will definitely be staying with Your Move. Can't praise them enough.

Dave..The estate agent accepts the offer on behalf of the vendor and take instructions from them, all offers have to be put forward to the client by law and the estate agent takes the instructions from the client, if the client wants the estate agent to continue to do viewings they take their instructions a house is not sold until the sale has been completed. Your offer was accepted you state but didn't go to see the mortgage advisor until a week later and then you received a call a week lat ...
